While our mission has always supported children and seniors who are experiencing loneliness, isolation and despair daily by bringing them movement opportunities to heal mind, body and spirit, we’ve found that throughout COVID-19 those same feelings have applied to the general population, too.

Research shows that Americans report increased feelings of loneliness during this period of social distancing. We know it’s never been more important to take the best possible care of our mental well-being so we’ve designed a 30 Day Mental Health Challenge. This may sound like a lot but in practice is pretty simple. We’ve designated one easy task per day, so you’ll never feel too overwhelmed.
